To celebrate Anna's big 3rd birthday, we rented a bouncy house for the backyard.
We got to keep it all weekend! Yahoo!
The pull-apart cake...
The favors...
Hanging lanterns to keep with the polkadot theme...
Anna testing out the inflatable slide before the party.
She's got her party dress on and is ready for the arrival of her friends! Thanks Grandmama for working so hard on it!
Let the fun begin!
Cousin Luke
Cousin James
Cousin Charlie
Even baby Sara got in on the partying. (Note that her outfit matches Anna's dress. Mom is going to have a lot of fun coordinating their outfits in the coming years!)
MeMe, Poppy, and Granddaddy
Uncle Jason and James
Uncle Ryan and Charlie
Having fun with sidewalk chalk.
Taking a break from the heat. Anna's hair was soaking wet with sweat! Being the birthday girl is hard work...
Snacks for everyone!
Time for cake! Anna did not want to wear her birthday headband, but I stuck it on and snapped a pic before she could snatch it off!
Singing "Happy Birthday."
Blowing out the candles. She was actually able to do it all on her own for the first time this year! My baby's growing up! (Sniff, sniff...)
Enjoying the icing on her cupcake. The cake part was discarded, as usual.
Opening presents. So many new fun toys, where will we put them all?
Family portraits.
Turning 3 is a real scream!
Grandmama and James
The party continued long after all our friends had left. Aunt Cookie easily spent an hour in the bouncy house with Anna.
Daddy took a much deserved rest break.
Mom and Grandmama later got in on the act.
Then Uncle Jason, Aunt Lauren, and James took a turn.
Sara and MeMe worn out at the end of a very long, but fun, day!
