Anna turned 5 on July 30 and we had a great day celebrating her birthday! The day started with a special request for birthday breakfast: chocolate chocolate-chip muffins!
After breakfast, Anna got her birthday present from Mom and Dad: her first bicycle! (Sara gave her a new helmet.)
That means Sara inherited Anna's old Dora helmet and she was thrilled!
Anna wanted to spend the day at the zoo, so that's what we did.

We wrapped up an exhausting but fun-filled birthday at Anna's favorite Mexican restaurant, Iguana Grill. She got a special rendition of "Happy Birthday" and a free sopapilla that we all enjoyed!
