Sara turned 9 months old on March 11. She had her nine month check-up a little early, but here are her stats: 17 pounds 8 ounces and 27 inches long. Still smack dab in the 50th percentile for both weight and height. As for new milestones, she can now crawl quite well and can even cruise a little bit holding on to furniture. She's babbling a good bit and clearly makes the sounds "dadada" and "anna-anna-anna." Being the well-educated speech therapist I am, I know there's probably no meaning at all attached to either of these "phrases" at this point, and yet it would still be nice to hear a "mamama" now and then!
Tooth update: Five, with number six well on its way. (Four on top, two on the bottom.)
