After a brief one year hiatus due to Sara's impending birth, the annual Memorial Day beach trip with the Mitchells, Russells, and Hargroves was back on this year! Although, technically not Sara's first trip to the beach, it was the first trip where she had any idea what was going on.
And she was not a fan. Not a fan of sand. Not a fan of surf.
Just generally a fan of being held all weekend.
Anna, however, is still our little beach bum.
Finally found something Sara liked. The pool!

Night 3 (our last night) was a fish fry at Sandpiper Cove and the unofficial "beach photo shoot" night.
